EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) Support:

Offering strategic support in engineering, procurement, and construction management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed within scope, time and budget constraints. While not directly managing all EPCM aspects, TDT provides essential technical oversight and guidance to align with project goals.
 

Due Diligence Studies:

Conducting thorough due diligence studies to evaluate the technical and economic viability of projects.
